Opportunities:

Sales Positions

National Account Executive:
  • Sell products to HR Executives over the phone.
  • Create a list of prospective customers for sales leads.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing client base.
  • Present product demos to customers on an as need basis.
Qualifications:
  • 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of inside B2B sales
  • 1 year of job related training
Account Manager:
  • This position does not possess a monthly quota.
  • As an Account Manager you would assist the National Account Executive by doing post-sales follow-ups, up-selling the accounts, and maintaining the account.
  • The main objectives for this position is to increase profits within existing clients, increase customer satisfaction, and assist the Major Account Executive in sales endeavors.
Qualifications:
  • 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Mini 6 months of job related training
  • 1-3 years of inside sales
Each applicant must possess the following:
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently as well as in a group
  • Capability to thrive in an aggressive work environment
  • Computer efficient with technical comprehension
  • Ability to present new product concepts to the market
  • Ability to travel as needed

IT Positions

Technical Analyst:
  • Receive incoming calls from existing clients inquiring about website difficulties.
  • Answer all questions promptly and accurately.
  • Initiate and submit any critical client needs.
  • To maintain and provide support to staff on projects as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • College Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills, which includes both written and verbal skills.
  • Capable of identifying problems, analyze and research the issue, and make fitting recommendations.
  • Ability to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
Client Services

Administrative Positions

Data Entry Specialist:
  • Process claims and documents according to specific guidelines.
  • Use limited judgment when entering data according to formats.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily production standards.
  • Ability to operate all Atlas Risk applications and products.
Qualifications:
  • General experience as a Data Entry Specialist.
  • Typing skills 40 w.p.m
  • Ability to work under pressure and follow oral and written instructions.
Billing Assistant:
  • Reports to sales management to research and resolve billing, pricing or sales and credit disputes.
  • Assists in solving billing issues and replies to client in a timely matter.
  • Obtains and manages external billing files and enters billing data; processes credits and/or refunds.
Qualifications:
  • General understanding of accounting.
  • Billing/client service experience preferred
  • Must have good PC skills
  • Possess excellent communication and decision making abilities.
