Getting started with Atlas is as simple as 1 * 2 * 3. Just follow the steps below. Click the Required Form button to begin. (This button links to a pdf file which may take a few minutes to load.)

  1. You can either type your company information into the Required Form and print it or just simply print and fill out
  2. Sign the bottom of the Form
  3. Fax it to 314-584-2159

Once we receive your Required Form, an Atlas representative will contact you by telephone to confirm your setup and to formulate any custom product packages and pricing.
